All products offered on this website are guaranteed to be genuine and manufactured by the original manufacturer. Our company policy is to assure our customers satisfaction, including quality of our products and services provided.

In accordance with the international postal regulations and standards, packages (cartons purchased) are each shipped separately. As a result, if more than one package (carton) is ordered, there may be more than one delivery date; packages do not always arrive on the same day, though shipped on the same day and may be received in intervals within our guaranteed delivery time period. Furthermore, each package is carefully packaged and sealed in a specially designed box to ensure that no damage is caused to the product.

Refunds are guaranteed in cases where the package is unopened, denied upon delivery and is unsigned for. In such cases, an email must be sent by the customer informing us of the return, including the order number and reason for the return. Unless cancelled before the shipment has left our warehouse, the customer will be charged for shipping and handling costs for each package cancelled. In cases where the products are taxed and customer wishes to return the package/s, the above rules apply.

The products ordered are only for personal use and should not be resold. We are not to be held responsible for any damages that may be inflicted as a direct or indirect result of the use of our products by the customer or any other party. The customer is responsible for issues relating to the delivery or taxation of their order and the laws applied to them.
