Q:How are your cigarettes sold at such low costs?
A: Our prices meet those of duty free prices because we work within the
same process. Our items are not subjected to duty tax because they are sent directly from the
manufacturer to the Duty Free Zone, a legal trading zone, from which they are than sold to you.
Therefore our prices are cheaper than your local retail price.
Q:After placing my order, when can I expect the cigarettes to arrive?
A:It takes anywhere between 14 – 21 days to receive your order.
This mainly depends on your location and the Air mail shipping type you choose. If you have placed an
order that contains more than one carton, though all cartons are shipped out on the same day, they may
arrive on different days within the 10 to 21 day time period. You can choose Air mail "Priority" for
quicker delivery.

Q:What is a maximum amount of cigarettes per single order?
A:The limit is 20 cartons. Anyway, we will split your order in parcels
containing only 1 carton of cigarettes in each parcel. Pay attention that your parcels are shipped at
the same day but will mostly arrive in different times. (i.e. when you order 5 cartons, you will
receive 5 separate parcels - each containing 1 carton).
Q:How does the shipment of each carton separately effect the time of arrival?
A:Though your entire order is shipped out on the same day, because each
carton is packaged separately, there may be more than one arrival day but within the 14 to 21 time period.
Q:What if the brand of cigarettes I am interested in is not listed as one of the options?
A:We always do our best to provide the products that our customers desire.
Therefore, if you can’t find the brand you’re looking for, please e-mail us and we will look into
supplying your preferred brand of cigarettes.
Q:Is selling cigarettes online and shipping the cigarettes through international mail legal?
A:It is legal within the conditions of the international postal
regulations and standards, which we fully comply by.
Q:Is Do duty taxes always apply to imported cigarettes?
A:As long as only one carton of cigarettes (200 cigarettes) is imported,
you are not subjected to duty tax. In order to ensure that no duty taxes are applied, we ship out each
carton separately to our customers.
Q:What about duty tax?
A:The products are stored in a duty free area, free of taxes.
Since we cannot guarantee the taxes will not be charged worldwide, in case of requesting duty tax
you have two options: collect the parcel and pay the duty tax or reject the parcel and ask your
money back. We guarantee the refund of amount covering the products cost. We will not refund the
cost of transport. The buyer must be aware of legal regulations in his own country.
Q:Is there anything I can do if I am subjected to duty tax and have already received my order?
A:If this does occur (not likely in the U.S.), you can either pay the
duty tax and receive your cigarettes or reject the shipment and return it to us, in which case you will
be reimbursed for the entire amount of your order. All return shipping costs will be covered by us.
We do advise you to take into consideration that even if you are subjected to duty tax, the total price
will still be considerably lower than your local retail price.
Q:If I am charged duty tax and reject the package, will I immediately receive a refund?
A:We will reimburse you for the entire order amount when the package
has been returned and received in our warehouse.
Q:Do the cartons come all at the same time?
A:No. One carton is shipped per parcel. (i.e. when you order 5 cartons,
you will receive 5 separate parcels - each containing 1 carton).
Q:How are the cigarettes shipped?
A:The package consists of a stiff cardboard "book size" carton
specifically designed for being sent by mail. The carton is placed inside a plastic covered padded
paper envelope. In this way, we can be certain that your cigarettes - including "soft packs" - will
reach you in perfect conditions.
Q:What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
A:The postman will leave the parcel in your mailbox (providing it is big
enough to contain the parcel, i.e. 18 x 28 x 3 cm). Anyway, No signature is required to deliver the parcel.
Q:Is there any way to track the status and shipment of my order?
A:As you placed your order, an email message has been sent to you with
all your order details and login information. You can simply log on to our orders page and see your
order status.
Q:How can I be assured that no damage will be caused to the package during shipment?
A:We have taken measures to ensure that you will receive your package
without any damage to the cigarettes. All parcels are packaged within a custom made box and sealed in a
plastic shrink cover that was designed to protect the package during shipment.
Q:Will I get my money back or have the goods replaced if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged?
A:We offers 100% money back guarantee covering the price of the
cigarettes and shipping cost if, for any reason, the purchase is not deemed satisfactory.
